On November 1, at Bao Tien Trading and Production Company Limited, the 2025 - 2030 Grassroots Trade Union Congress (CDCS) successfully took place, focusing on developing union members, improving the effectiveness of union activities and encouraging employees to participate in welfare programs and social funds.
During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has maintained stable operations, revenue has reached and exceeded the plan, ensuring jobs, income and welfare for employees.
The "Good workers, Creative workers" movement has been effectively implemented, along with practical care programs such as giving Tet gifts, union members' birthdays, annual tours and scholarships for children of workers overcoming difficulties, with a total budget of over 917 million VND for welfare and 32 million VND for scholarships.
Entering the new term, the grassroots trade union aims to mobilize over 80% of union members and employees to actively contribute to social funds, while continuing to develop union members, introducing at least one outstanding factor for consideration of admission to the Party.
The Congress set out the direction of activities with the slogan of "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", focusing on caring for union members' lives, raising political awareness and promoting initiatives and improvements in production labor.
The new Executive Committee consists of 7 comrades, of which the Chairman of the Trade Union is Pham Thi Thu Kieu, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Inspection Committee is Tran Quoc Loc, and 05 other members.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Truong Thanh Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged that the Executive Committee of the Bao Tien Company's Trade Union had prepared carefully, demonstrated a sense of responsibility, and contributed to the success of the Congress.
He emphasized that the company's outstanding achievements are thanks to the efforts of union members and workers, maintaining stable production, guaranteed income, increased benefits, and the development of the Bitis brand.
"Entering the new term, he suggested that the Executive Committee improve care and protection of union members, innovate methods of operation, promote creativity, effectively organize emulation movements and select outstanding factors, contributing to building harmonious labor relations," Mr. Dung emphasized this content.
