Processor brings AI to the experience center
Unlike Chrome, Edge or Firefox, where users enter keywords and approve content themselves, ChatGPT Atlas puts AI chatbot at the center of all operations. Users only need to chat in natural language to ask ChatGPT to find information, open a website, or even extract data from the checkmarks.

How to download and install free ChatGPT Atlas on macOS
To experience it, macOS users can download ChatGPT Atlas for free in the following steps:
- Open your current browser and access chatgpt.com/atlas.
- click Download to macOS to get the official installation from OpenAI.
- Moves the installation file to the " app" file, as the software is not available on the Mac App Store.
After installation, log in to your ChatGPT account and have the option to enter data such as password, web browsing history.
When it first starts, Atlas will ask you if you want to turn on the browser memory feature, allowing AI to save future interactions and personalize suggestions.
If you choose to set Atlas as the default browser, users will also enjoy a higher 7-day limit.
A new step forward in the AI browser race
Currently, OpenAI is still limiting Agent Mode, a feature that allows chatbot to perform actions directly in the browser such as filling in forms, placing orders or Scheduling work only for users of the ChatGPT Pro and Plus packages.
