Accordingly, by the end of 2025, Da Nang City aims to implement 4 specific target groups including 100% of cadres and civil servants with knowledge, knowledge and digital skills, and to use digital platforms and services for work. 100% of students are equipped with digital knowledge and skills to study, research, be creative and safe in the digital environment.
80% of adults have basic knowledge of digital transformation, digital skills, use smart devices and protect themselves in the digital environment. 80% of workers have basic knowledge of digital technology, digital skills, and use smart devices for production and business.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Ho Ky Minh - Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee said that Da Nang city always identifies digital transformation as a core task throughout, and has achieved many positive results in building a digital government, digital economy, digital society, and smart city. However, the gap in digital awareness and skills between classes of people is still a major barrier in the process of realizing the goal of comprehensive digital transformation.
