By the second quarter of this year, Apple had risen to second place in Vietnam in terms of market share with 20%, behind Samsung (26%) and above Xiaomi. That shows that the iPhone manufacturing company has a very stable position in the Vietnamese market.
Apple's iPhone lines are always in the top of the best-selling smartphones in Vietnam. According to statistics from the Di Dong Viet system, in the first 6 months of 2025, Apple accounted for 7/10 of the best-selling smartphones in the system.
Leading the way is the iPhone 16 Pro Max, while the iPhone 13 and 15 128GB versions are in 3rd and 4th place. Some other best-selling devices of Apple also have iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max... The remaining three positions in the top 10 best-selling smartphones in the system are Xiaomi Redmi Note 14, Samsung Galaxy A06 and Xiaomi Redmi 14C.
According to statistics from FPT Shop from January 1 to September 15, 2025, the iPhone 16 Pro Max version 256GB leads in both quantity of units sold and revenue. In the top 10 best-selling devices in the system, iPhone lines take up 3/10 positions. In terms of revenue, the iPhone occupies 9 positions in the top 10, the remaining position belongs to the Honor X9C version 256GB.
That shows that the appeal of the iPhone in the Vietnamese market is huge, thanks to its luxurious and classy design, stable, smooth operating system and long-term support. These factors continue to be the main driving force for Vietnamese consumers to hunt for iPhone 17.

Consulting firm TrendForce predicts that global sales of the iPhone 17 series will be 3.5% higher than the iPhone 16 series in 2024, in which the Pro series is still the main sales driver.
