After 3 months of testing, Google has officially released the Gemini 2.5 Pro AI model, taking this model out of the preview stage and widely applied to both individual users and developers.
Gemini 2.5 Pro began testing in late March, initially for paid users and developers. In May, the model underwent a major upgrading in programming capabilities, and the final update before its official launch was released on June 5.
According to Google, the stable version released today has no changes compared to the version on June 5. On the Gemini application, this model will no longer be officially labeled as preview. Previously, Gemini 2.5 Flash was also officially launched at Google I/O last month.
Google clearly defines the purpose of use: the Pro version is suitable for tasks that require logical reasoning, toancs and programming; while the Flash version focuses on quick response, supporting common tasks.
With this launch, Google continues to affirm its ambition to lead the AI race, especially in the field of multi-function models capable of deep reasoning, quick feedback and processing large volumes of data.
Expanding access to both general users and developers shows that Google is strongly promoting the commercialization and popularization of artificial intelligence in many fields, from education, programming to digital services.
