Honor has maintained the leading position in global smartphone shipment growth, among the top 10 world phone manufacturers in 2025.

The latest report from global research company Omdia shows that Honor's smartphone business achieved impressive growth of 11% in global shipments in 2025, ranking first in terms of growth rate among the top 10 smartphone brands in the world.

Analysts believe this achievement is thanks to Honor's core strategy of promoting progress through technological innovation. The company has invested in key areas such as imaging technology, artificial intelligence and battery technology.

In addition to Honor, some other smartphone manufacturers with high growth rates are Apple, Samsung (both 7%), Lenovo (6%), Vivo (4%), Huawei (2%). Conversely, some other manufacturers with smartphone shipments in 2025 slightly reduced compared to the previous year are Oppo (-3%), Xiaomi (-2%)...

Besides the success of the smartphone line, Honor's tablet business has emerged as an important growth pillar in the company's global expansion process.

Data from the US market research company International Data Corp shows that in the mid-to-high-end tablet segment (priced from 300 to 600 USD) in 2025, Honor leads all major brands abroad in terms of export growth rate.

According to Omdia, the global tablet market continued to recover in 2025, with shipments increasing by 9.8% compared to the same period last year, reaching 162 million units. The strongest growth momentum took place in the holiday quarter, with shipments in the fourth quarter of 2025 reaching 44 million units, up 9.8% compared to the same period in 2024.

Central and Eastern Europe emerged as the fastest growing region in 2025, closely followed by the Asia-Pacific region. All regions recorded double-digit growth in the year, except for North America, although the festive season was vibrant thanks to supplier and retailer discount programs that helped reduce the annual decline.
