Previously, only paid ChatGPT Plus users could use Sora. However, recently, Microsoft has added an AI tool to create videos, developed based on Sora by OpenAI for the Bing application, helping users save half a million VND per month when they can use it for free.
In a recent announcement, a Microsoft representative said: Bing Video Creator represents our efforts to democratize the power of AI video creation. With Sora, anyone can turn text reminders ( Prompt) into videos at will.
It is known that Bing Video Creator is being deployed globally (except for China and Russia) on the Bing Search application for Android and iPhone. Microsoft also said that the desktop and Copilot Search versions will soon be supported.
After downloading Bing on mobile devices, users can access the AI video creator via the submit in the lower right corner, or add a prompt right on the Bing search bar.

According to Microsoft, you can queue up to create up to 3 videos with a duration of 5 seconds at a time, choosing between standard, free create speed for all users or fast mode, giving results in just a few seconds.
However, the technology giant only offers 10 create times with free speed, then users need to switch to standard mode or exchange 100 Microsoft Rewards points for each quick use.
Bonus points can be earned through search with Bing or purchased at the Microsoft Store. For example, users will get 5 points for each Bing search on their computer and up to 150 points per day.
The videos will be 5 seconds long, in 9:16 vertical format. The video is stored on the Bing application for up to 90 days and can be downloaded or shared with other platforms.
Some opinions say that the demo videos released by Microsoft are far inferior to the quality of Google Veo 3. The movement is not natural and the characters look like cartoons.
