Keyboard cleaning: Use a soft match or compressed air to remove dirt and obstacles under the keys. If the keyboard can be disassembleable, you can remove the keys to clean more carefully.
Turn off Filter Keys: Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard, turn off Filter Keys to ensure the keyboard works normally.
Check the hardware: If the above measures are ineffective, the keyboard may have a broken hardware. You should take the device to a reputable repair center for inspection and replacement if necessary.
