Samsung has just launched One UI 8 Watch - a new interface for the Galaxy Watch Series smartwatch line. This is the next upgrade of One UI 6 Watch, developed based on Google's Wear OS 5.
Samsung said that the beta testing program of One UI 8 Watch will be limited to June 2025 in two markets: the US and South Korea, with the number of users participating in the experience being quite limited.

Devicees that support the beta One UI 8 Watch include:
- Galaxy Watch 5, Watch 5 Pro
- Galaxy Watch 6, Watch 6 Classic
- Galaxy Watch 7, Watch Ultra
Four outstanding features on One UI 8 Watch:
1. Bedtime Guidance
The system will propose optimal bedtime based on users' living habits and sleep patterns. In addition, users will receive reminders to help maintain a regular sleep schedule. In particular, sleep time will be flexibly adjusted according to sleep data for the last 3 days.
2. Vascular Load
This feature helps assess the level of stress on the vascular system during sleep. Based on synthetic health indicators such as sleep, physical activity and stress levels, the watch will provide information to support users to maintain a balanced lifestyle and improve cardiovascular health.
3. Running Coach
After each 12-minute run, the meter will analyze performance and score from 1 to 10. From there, the system will build a suitable exercise plan for each distance (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon) according to the user's physical condition. In the following runs, users will receive real-time instructions, helping to avoid overload and reduce the risk of injury.
4. Antioxidant Index
Using an exclusive bioActive optical sensor, the Galaxy Watch can measure the amount of carotenoids antioxidants found in vegetables and fruits in human skin in just 5 seconds. This information helps users monitor antioxidant levels in the body and adjust their diet accordingly.
