On August 7, information from the Department of Criminal Judgment Enforcement Management (DONRE) said that it is implementing the construction of a Digital Platform in the field of THADS, which has been completed to put into use the Support Software for the Enforcement Decision.
The software that supports issuing the Decision on enforcement is a component of the Digital Platform in the field of civil judgment enforcement. In addition to supporting users in shortening the time for drafting and signing the issuance of the Decision on enforcement, the Software also helps rotate the entire input file for enforcement on electronic means, overcoming difficulties caused by geographical distances.
To deploy and put into use the above Software, the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement requires 34/34 Administrative Judgments of provinces and cities to issue Judgment Enforcement Decisions on the Support Software to issue Official Judgment Enforcement Decisions from August 8, 2025.
On August 15, the units reported the results of the implementation of the Software, including specific information on the results achieved, difficulties, obstacles and proposals and recommendations.
In case the implementation cannot be done, please clearly report the reasons and send them to the Department of Administrative Investment Management via the document management axis.
