On July 21, information from the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement at a recent meeting said that the entire Administrative Judgment Enforcement System has achieved many important results, contributing to the implementation of the assigned targets in the past months of 2025.
For economic and corruption cases alone: 3,184 cases (up 50.4%) and more than VND 20,126 billion (up 76.75%) have been carried out, the completion rate has increased sharply compared to the same period.
In general, the results of enforcement of judgments on both quantity and value have increased, especially in the fields of economics and corruption.
However, the newly increased acceptance volume, many complicated cases, along with the process of streamlining the payroll and restructuring the apparatus, have created great pressure on the system in the process of performing tasks.
To complete the targets and tasks for 2025, the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement sets out a number of tasks and solutions, such as focusing on training, fostering, improving qualifications and capacity to use information technology for civil servants in the Administrative Judgment Enforcement system; ensuring automation of repetitive steps, helping staff focus on professional work.
Regarding this issue, Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi has directed to focus more on the work of organizing the execution of judgments to ensure the completion of assigned targets and tasks.
The Deputy Minister acknowledged and shared the difficulties and challenges that the entire civil defense sector has encountered in the process of transforming the organizational model.
According to the Deputy Minister, these difficulties were predicted, from geographical distance, human resources to complexity in the operation of the new model, difficulties in the organization of the enforcement of judgments, and identified internal problems, each specific problem must be handled, focused on solving, and not left in a long-term backlog.
In the process of handling issues arising in the Department, with clear issues, the Department must immediately build a set of questions and answers to guide and answer questions for the locality, and post them on the Department's Electronic Information Portal as a way of training and professional guidance for local officials; at the same time, the locality also reflects, interacts, and proposes new issues for the Department to receive and promptly handle - the Deputy Minister requested.
The Deputy Minister also noted that it is very important for local legal entities to reflect difficulties and problems, but along with reflection, they also propose solutions to ensure suitability and feasibility.
