In recent years, 2/9 Import-Export Company Limited (Simexco DakLak) has been one of the pioneers, promoting the export of high-value agricultural products through digital transformation with specific steps.

Creating a favorable environment to promote conversion

In recent years, departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province have focused on building and perfecting institutions to create a favorable environment to promote digital transformation and support businesses to access the digital economy.

Supporting businesses and business households to put products on e-commerce platforms has been of interest to industries.

On the side of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches, many plans have been issued, implementing solutions to promote innovation, supporting businesses in digital transformation, gradually automating production processes and service provision.

In the field of trade and services alone, the Department of Industry and Trade has promoted many solutions to accelerate digital transformation in production and business activities.

The unit also encourages businesses to innovate technology and apply technology in digital technology to meet the increasing needs of consumers.

At the same time, support businesses in building, optimizing websites, promoting products, participating in online multi-channel sales; organize training and coaching on the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in production and promotion of products.

On the morning of November 3, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that the focus of Dak Lak province is to promote science and technology, innovation and comprehensive digital transformation in agriculture.

The province will apply new technology in cultivation; build a digital agricultural map; deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data in managing the supply chain, deep processing and digital agriculture.

"The goal by 2030 is to increase the contribution of the digital economy to 30% of GRDP. At the same time, it will improve production efficiency, quality and value of Dak Lak agricultural products, towards a high-tech, smart, sustainable and globally integrated agriculture" - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Huu Huy added.
