In the context of Vietnam promoting the development of a socialist-oriented market economy and deep integration, the requirement for responsible business is becoming an inevitable trend. This is not only an ethical standard but also a factor that ensures sustainable development, cohesion between businesses, communities and the environment.
In reality, in addition to achievements in research and innovation, some enterprises have not yet fully complied with legal regulations on labor safety, environmental protection or intellectual property rights. This not only poses legal risks but also affects the reputation and competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises in the global value chain.

Effectively implement Decision No. 843/QD-TTg dated July 14, 2023 of the Prime Minister on the National Action Program to improve policies and laws to promote responsible business practices for the period 2023 - 2027, on the morning of October 21, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MTST) held a training conference on policies and laws on responsible business practices in the field of science and technology in 2025 in Hanoi.
At the conference, delegates discussed the integration of requirements for responsible business practices into the process of green transformation, digital transformation and innovation of enterprises.
The training conference is not only an opportunity to update new policies and laws, but also a forum for management agencies, experts and businesses to discuss and share solutions to promote a responsible, transparent and sustainable business in the field of science and technology.
