According to estimates by the Vietnam Vegetable and Fruit Association (Vinafruit), vegetable and fruit exports in December were estimated to collect 795 million USD, bringing the total value of vegetable and fruit exports for the whole year 2025 to nearly 8.6 billion USD, a sharp increase of 20% compared to 2024. This is the highest figure ever for the Vietnamese vegetable and fruit industry, and also the third year recording consecutive growth after a sharp decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
