According to the Arthritis Foundation, a lifestyle of sitting for a long time, poor posture, lack of exercise, being overweight and prolonged stress are the main causes of early risk of arthritis in young people. 5 habits to help prevent arthritis early

Keep a reasonable weight: According to Harvard Health, excess weight will put a lot of pressure on the knee and hip joints. Maintaining a healthy diet, prioritizing fresh, low-processed foods helps reduce the burden on joints.
Eat anti-inflammatory: Add fish, nuts, fruits, and colorful vegetables to help reduce inflammation and nourish joints. Local foods are nutritious and suitable for Vietnamese people dont ignore the nutrients around you, the doctor added.
Exercise properly, avoid injuries: Before exercising, you should warm up carefully and choose the right exercise. If you are not sure about your posture, ask your trainer for guidance to avoid joint damage.
Listen to your body: Don't take symptoms like swelling, joint pain or morning stiffness lightly. state symptoms in a log so that doctors can easily track and diagnose accurately, Dr. Gupta emphasizes.
