Eat anti-inflammatory: Add fish, nuts, fruits, and colorful vegetables to help reduce inflammation and nourish joints. Local foods are nutritious and suitable for Vietnamese people dont ignore the nutrients around you, the doctor added.

Exercise properly, avoid injuries: Before exercising, you should warm up carefully and choose the right exercise. If you are not sure about your posture, ask your trainer for guidance to avoid joint damage.

Listen to your body: Don't take symptoms like swelling, joint pain or morning stiffness lightly. state symptoms in a log so that doctors can easily track and diagnose accurately, Dr. Gupta emphasizes.

Early joint care not only helps young people avoid chronic diseases but also maintains a long-term quality of life. An active lifestyle, a healthy diet and a habit of listening to the body are the most effective "medicine" to protect joint health from today.
