    Cao Bang - The People's Committee of Quang Hung commune (Quang Hoa district) is issuing a notice about finding the biological father and mother of abandoned children.

    Accordingly, on May 13, the People's Committee of Quang Hung commune issued notice No. 12/TB-UBND to find the parents of the abandoned 5-day-old girl.

    The notice shows that at around 11pm on May 12, Quang Hung Commune Police received a report from Ms. Be Thi Huyen about a newborn baby girl of female gender, lying in a cardboard box in front of the family's warehouse (Tan Thuong Hamlet, Quang Hung Commune).

    After receiving the report, the authorities of Quang Hung commune conducted an inspection and monitored the child's health.

    The girl was identified as about 5 days old and weighed 3.3kg. In the carton box, there was a bag of clothes, a bag of diapers, milk and no documents attached.

    "So who is the father and mother of the baby to the house of Mrs. Be Thi Huyen to carry out the procedure to receive the child, the deadline until the end of May 30. Over the above time limit, if no one comes to accept the child, Ms. Be Thi Huyen will carry out the procedures for birth registration and other procedures in accordance with the law" - Notice stated.
