For the pizza base, heat the oven to 220 - 230°C for about 15 minutes. Next, spread the sauce evenly on the pizza base before sprinkling about 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Gently divide the pizza base into 2 halves with 1/2 salmon filling with onions and dill; 1/2 shrimp with bell peppers, broccoli and fried garlic. Then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan onto the entire pizza surface.
Bake pizza at 220°C for about 10-15 minutes until the base is golden brown and crispy. When the cheese melts, the salmon is just cooked, and the shrimp is not tough, it is standard.
Take the cake out of the oven, add a little olive oil, sprinkle with parsley or dill on top and cut into 8 pieces. Cream sauce combined with salmon and shrimp will bring a richer flavor, while tomato sauce creates a sweet and sour taste to help balance and be easy to eat. Use it immediately when the pizza is still hot to fully enjoy the delicious and nutritious flavor.
