Pan-fried salmon patties are the perfect answer - both retaining the quintessence of the ocean and bringing a cozy culinary experience to family meals.

To make salmon patties reach natural softness and sweetness without being dry, you can refer to the recipe below with ingredients for 4 people to eat.

You should prepare 500g of fresh fillet salmon, 150g of raw sausage or minced shrimp to create stickiness and chewiness for the sausage. To prevent salmon sausage from being fishy and enhance the flavor, thit and scallions and bulbs are indispensable ingredients. Meanwhile, the necessary spices will include delicious fish sauce, pepper, seasoning or MSG, oyster sauce and a little garlic powder.

Wash salmon with unsweetened fresh milk or white wine to remove the fishy smell, then soak it dry. You can mince the fish with a knife instead of a blender so that the sausage retains its sweetness and beautiful "fish shell" texture.

Mix minced salmon with raw sausage, dried shallots, chopped dill and prepared spices. Squeeze evenly with your hands for about 5-7 minutes to blend the mixture and create flexibility.

Divide the spring roll into bite-sized round pieces. Let the spring roll rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before frying to better shape.

Put a pan on the stove with a little cooking oil. When the oil is hot, put the spring rolls in the pan over medium heat. Fry until both sides are evenly golden, emitting a strong aroma, then you can take them out and drain the oil.

Salmon sausage should be served while still hot. The sausage is golden on the outside, soft and moist on the inside, pale pink, characteristic of salmon, blended with the strong aroma of thit.

This dish is very "delicious" when dipped in ginger fish sauce or ketchup, chili sauce depending on preferences. For the elderly, the softness and sweetness of the fish are very easy to eat; for young children, the shape like small and pretty cakes will stimulate children's appetite.
