Huyen Sam was born in 1987, currently an actress at the Army Drama Theater, she holds the rank of Major. The actress won the Gold Medal at the 2014 Army Professional Arts Festival, and the Silver Medal at the 2021 National Drama Festival.
Not only successful on both stage and small screen, Huyen Sam also has a quite fulfilling life with her famous husband - Meritorious Artist, Lieutenant Colonel Doi Anh Quan.
Interestingly, Huyen Sam and her husband are not only soldiers but also colleagues at the Army Drama Theater. She is a professional soldier in the Theater's staff and her husband is the Theater's Deputy Director.

Sharing about her military family life and her colleagues, Huyen Sam humorously said that at work, she is her husband's "soldier". Although her husband always supports and creates favorable conditions for her acting career, when she needs advice, he is always straightforward and clear.
Huyen Sam said that because she is both her husband's wife and his subordinate, when she needs to give advice about work, her husband is not afraid to be harsher so that she can learn from her experience and overcome it. Huyen Sam herself sometimes feels "self-conscious", but she understands and respects her husband, so she always listens and makes changes, instead of arguing back.
