Previously, on the afternoon of November 3, at Km 835+780 on Ho Chi Minh Road in Hamlet 11, Phuc Trach Commune, there was a collision between a tractor-trailer with license plate Un -1137 driven by Mr. B.G.L (residing in Khang Ninh Village, Quynh An Commune, Hung Yen Province) and a motorbike with license plate 38H4-9472 driven by Mr. D.V.S (born in 1973, residing in Hamlet 11, Phuc Trach, Ha Tinh).
As a result, Mr. D.V.S died on the spot, and his motorbike was damaged.
