The combination of aloe vera juice and apple cider vinegar is loved by many people with the hope of improving intestinal health, stabilizing blood sugar and supporting weight loss. However, health experts warn that the effectiveness of this mixture is still modest and inconsistent.

The process of forcing the removal of fiber, which is an important component of blood sugar control. There are currently no clinical trials proving that the combination of aloe vera and apple cider vinegar is beneficial for blood sugar.
Support digestion and intestines
Aloe vera juice contains antioxidants and little remaining fiber, which can support the intestines, but most processed juices lose a lot of valuable fiber. Apple cider vinegar is also used by many people to improve digestion, but research is limited. Some people experience reduced bloating when taking apple cider vinegar, but people with reflux or digestive sensitivity may experience the opposite effect, says Yvette Hill, RDN, a nutritionist at YHN & Co, Boulder, Colorado.
In addition, Teo emphasized: Location can act as a laxative, causing diarrhea if taken in high or prolonged doses. Apple cider vinegar can also erode tooth enamel if used regularly, so it needs to be diluted with water or food."
Impact on blood sugar and weight loss
Some small studies show that apple cider vinegar helps improve fasting blood sugar and A1C, while supporting mild weight loss. However, the effects of aloe vera have not been clearly proven in humans. Teo recommends: To effectively manage your weight, focus on a diet rich in fiber, exercise regularly, and work with a nutritionist. Do not expect aloe vera or apple cider vinegar to replace sustainable strategies."
Other risks to note include: digestive irritation, tooth enamel erosion, interaction with medications such as insulin or diuretic, and the risk of cancer when using aloe vera extract long-term. Regarding the flavor, Teo said that apple cider vinegar is sour, slightly bitter, and has the smell of aloe vera, so many people thin it to make it easier to drink.
Aloe vera juice and apple cider vinegar may have limited benefits for the intestines and control blood sugar, but they do not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Be careful about the dosage and side effects before adding this drink to your daily diet.
