Ingredients

500g red ripe plums

300g white sugar

500ml of filtered water

1 fresh lemon (squeezed with juice)

How to do

Pime processing Wash the plums, remove the seeds, and cut the bags into small pieces.


Cook syrup Add the plums to the pot with water, boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the plums are soft and secretive into water.

How to use

Simmer the syrup moderately so as not to lose the characteristic flavor of plums.
