Resolution No. 13/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province (effective from August 1, 2024) stipulates support policies for redundant cadres, civil servants and public employees due to the rearrangement of district and commune-level administrative units; part-time workers at the commune level; part-time workers in villages and residential groups; people directly participating in activities in villages and residential groups and other positions (according to specialized documents) redundant due to the rearrangement of villages and residential groups when rearranging district and commune-level administrative units in the period 2023-2030 in Tuyen Quang province.
Accordingly, for the subjects who are redundant cadres, civil servants and public employees due to the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels as prescribed in the Resolution, in addition to the regime and policies for retirees, those who quit their jobs and those who are downsized according to the Government's regulations, they will also enjoy the following support levels:
a) Officials, civil servants and public employees who are redundant due to administrative unit rearrangement when they retire will receive one-time support from the time they retire according to the decision of the competent authority.
b) Support level: Support for 12 months, each month support is equal to 1/2 month of current salary.
c) Current salary is the salary of the month immediately preceding the leave of absence according to the provisions of the law on salary.
