According to Resolution No. 03/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Can Tho City (effective from July 15, 2024), the level of regular support and training for the Security and Order Protection Team in Can Tho City is as follows:
1. Regular monthly support level:
a) Members of the Security and Order Protection Team are supported monthly by 0.8 times the basic salary (currently the basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/month).
b) Title allowance for Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader:
- Team leader: 300,000 VND/person/month.
- Deputy team leader: 200,000 VND/person/month.
c) Support according to training level:
- University degree or higher: 500,000 VND/person/month.
- College: 300,000 VND/person/month.
- Intermediate: 200,000 VND/person/month.
In addition, the resolution also stipulates the level of compensation when performing tasks assigned by competent authorities:
a) When on duty from 10:00 p.m. the previous day to 6:00 a.m. the next day, on days off and holidays as prescribed by labor law, the allowance is 100,000 VND/night, day/person, but not more than 10 nights/person/month;
b) When performing heavy, toxic, dangerous or especially heavy, toxic, dangerous work according to the provisions of the law on labor, the allowance is 95,000 VND/person/day;
c) When performing duties at key commune-level administrative units on national defense, the additional working day allowance is 7,000 VND/day/person.
