Resolution No. 25/2023/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Binh Duong province (effective from January 1, 2024) stipulates support policies for members of departmental party committees; members of party cells directly under grassroots party committees and departmental party committees in Binh Duong province.
Accordingly, Party committee members of departments and Party cell committee members directly under the grassroots Party committee are entitled to a monthly support level equal to 0.25 x basic salary/person/month.
Party cell members under the Party unit are supported with 0.2 x basic salary/person/month.
This support regime does not apply to: Secretaries and deputy secretaries of neighborhood and hamlet Party cells who have received support under Resolution No. 16/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 26, 2023 of the People's Council of Binh Duong province stipulating titles, a number of regimes and policies for non-professional activists and people directly participating in activities; fixed funding levels and support for activities of socio-political organizations and social organizations at the commune, hamlet and neighborhood levels in Binh Duong province and members of departmental Party committees; members of party cells directly under grassroots Party committees and departmental Party committees in the armed forces.
In case a person participates in many levels of committee, he/she will only receive the highest level of allowance and support.
Currently the basic salary being applied is 2,340,000 VND/month.
