On August 11, Korean media reported that girl group Blackpink is preparing to release a new mini album in November.

According to the source, Blackpink has completed the album cover photo shoot and is expected to complete recording and other necessary production work in the next few weeks.

A representative of YG Entertainment spoke about the group's comeback rumors: "We will share details through official promotional activities in the future."

Previously, in July, YG's 4-member girl group released the single "Jump", marking the group's comeback after nearly 3 years since the album "Born Pink" (September 2022).

Jump has achieved many remarkable results. The song entered the Billboard Hot 100 - the most popular weekly singles chart in the US - at number 28. This is Blackpink's 10th song to enter this chart, making Blackpink the female Kpop artist to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 the most in history.

At the same time, Jump was simultaneously released at No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. global charts. US (except for the US).

According to the media, Jump will be featured on Blackpinks new album as the opening song. From now until November, it is likely that Blackpink will continue to release another single, before the entire album is released.

Meanwhile, Blackpink is currently on a Deadline world tour, passing through 16 cities with 31 shows.

On August 15, Blackpink will become the first Kpop girl group to perform at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London (UK), commonly known as the "stage of dreams".
