The Korean drama S-Line caused a stir when it first aired 2 episodes.
S-Line is based on the webtoon of the same name by author Komabi. The film brings a story rich in imagination, using "red threads" (S-Line) to explore human nature and desires.
In the film, only a select few people can see red threads through the special glass, adding psychological tension and complexity between the characters.
The story revolves around 4 characters trapped in a chaotic network: police officer Han Ji Wook (Lee Soo Hyuk), homeroom teacher Gyu Jin (Lee Da Hee), mysterious student Hyun Heup (Arin of Oh My Girl group), and Ji Wook's niece - Sun Ah (Lee Eun Saem).
Hyun Heup was born with the ability to see the S-Line inborn. The number of red threads appearing on each person that Hyun Heup sees is the number of subjects who have sex with that person.
Her world changed when she discovered that some others could also see S-Line by wearing a special pair of glasses.
In the first 2 episodes, the role played by Lee Soo Hyuk shocked the audience, as he was the character with the most red threads that Hyun Heup had ever seen. Ji Wook is a good police officer and has an open sex life, partly because he has a special attraction for women.
In one scene, Ji Wook was flirted with by a woman and immediately pulled into the motel, just because she found him attractive when using a handwritten notebook.
In another scene, police officer Ji Wook is intimate in the library with a female colleague preparing to get married. This person invited Ji Wook to attend the wedding but he refused.

Not only Lee Soo Hyuk's hot scene, "S-Line" shocked right from the introduction (intro) of each episode, filming close-up sex scenes, confusing many viewers.
Although S-Line caused controversy because of the content of the 18+ film, the development of the film is also a factor that helps the work attract viewers.
The first two episodes revealed another awkward relationship between a female student who bullied Sun Ah and a male teacher in high school. Sun Ah discovers this when she accidentally has a mysterious pair of glasses and sees a red thread connecting the two.
She took a photo of the evidence that the female student was affectionate with the teacher and sent a blackmail message. But at the end of episode 2, Sun Ah died because the teacher pushed him down from the terrace, after someone secretly sent the photo of the evidence to his wife.
S-Line has only aired the first 2 episodes, but many people have died because of the mysterious glasses. In front of Sun Ah, a serial killer once wore this glasses. While he was attacking a girl, he was shot and killed by police officer Ji Wook.
Before airing, "S-Line" was the only Korean film to be selected to compete for the top prize at the 8th Cannes International Film Festival, and won the Best Music award.
Music director Lee Jun Oh was praised for raising the drama level of the film through his sound design, sexyly expressing the theme of banishment and luxury in the film.
