In December 2019, Ngan 98 was exposed with a clip of her offensive actions. After that, the female DJ herself spoke up and said that she filmed the video but unfortunately her phone was stolen by a thief. This person demanded 300 million VND as a ransom but Ngan 98 did not give the money.
