On the evening of October 4, the legendary 2nd generation Kpop girl group 2NE1 kicked off their world tour “Welcome Back” with their first performance in Korea.
This is a special night, because it marks the full reunion of 4 members of 2NE1 after 2 years since the Coachella 2022 stage, and is the group's first concert in a decade, since the "All or Nothing" tour in 2014.
2NE1 brought an explosive performance with more than 20 songs, including many well-loved hits.
The girls opened with "Come Back Home", then continued to heat up the concert with "Fire", “Clap Your Hands”, “Do You Love Me”, “I Don’t Care”, “Missing You”, “Lonely”, “I Am The Best”...
Videos shared about the concert on social media received a lot of interaction. Audiences expressed their nostalgia when listening to the hits of the past. 2NE1's live singing ability and strong energy received much praise.
Notably, during the 15th anniversary performance of 2NE1, many Kpop artists and groups sent their wishes to this legendary group such as G-Dragon, IU, TWICE, Baby Monster, NewJeans, IVE, aespa, Zico, (G)-IDLE, Stray Kids... and even Pharrell Williams's wishes.
Audiences also saw G-Dragon, Baby Monster, Winter (aespa), Lee Dae Hwi (AB6IX), Lee Joon, Thunder (MBLAQ), Mimi (Gugudan) attending the concert in Seoul to cheer for 2NE1's comeback.
The Seoul shows will continue on October 5-6, after which the group will expand their tour to the Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, China, Thailand, etc.
