Taking on the role of host of a major international event, Runner-up Thuy Van expressed her happiness and pride: “This year, MC Duc Bao and I were again chosen by the organizing committee to be the hosts of the VinFuture Awards. This makes us feel very proud. Being at an international event like VinFuture is an opportunity for me to connect and interact with international audiences. This is also an opportunity to express my admiration for the world's leading scientists.”
For an international event, the organizers are always strict to ensure the success of the program. Because this is an event to welcome talented people from around the world to Vietnam. As a familiar MC, Thuy Van also revealed the "criteria" that the organizers use to select MCs: "Perhaps for the organizers, neatness, professionalism, and experience are what the organizers need in a MC. I think I am lucky to be trusted and have enough criteria to confidently stand on stage."
Even though she has been a MC for nearly two decades, runner-up Thuy Van still always works according to one principle: not to be "subjective".
"The VinFuture Awards Ceremony is always a lavishly invested event and one of the biggest events of the year. Every performance, every artist, every crew is the best.
This also makes Thuy Van unable to avoid pressure. Although she has many years of experience in leading, Thuy Van never allows herself to be subjective. Always being on time, carefully preparing the script and rehearsing the next 2 sessions is the main thing," Runner-up Thuy Van revealed.
The VinFuture 2024 Award Ceremony took place at the Ho Guom Theater, Hanoi. This is one of the biggest events of the year, gathering many famous scientists. The program was broadcast live on VTV and attracted a lot of attention from international friends, especially scientists around the world.
