Accordingly, in just the past 2 months, Cao Bang province has cooperated with leading universities across the country with commitments.
In September and October 2025, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Commerce and Hanoi National University of Education - two training institutions with strengths in the fields of economy, management and education.
With the University of Commerce, the cooperation focuses on training and fostering cadres, civil servants, and public employees; organizing short-term and long-term courses on governance, e-commerce, digital economy, green economy, logistics, etc.
The two sides also coordinated research, technology transfer and policy consulting, contributing to promoting digital transformation, innovation and socio-economic development of the province.
The school also presented Cao Bang with the digital project "Living Digital Cao Bang - knocking on the door of happiness" to accompany the locality in building a digital government and society.

Then, on October 24, an agreement was reached between the People's Committee of Cao Bang province and Hanoi National University of Education aiming to improve the quality of general education, train a team of qualified teachers, and implement the 2018 general education program, developing STEM education, digital capacity and artificial intelligence.
The school is committed to supporting the province in the work of testing, quality assessment, recruitment training and fostering education managers, creating a foundation for a long-term education development strategy.
According to Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa, cooperation with major universities is a strategic direction to help Cao Bang develop high-quality human resources, adapt to the requirements of innovation, digital transformation and integration.
This is a step to concretize the orientation of "investing in people is investing in the future", making knowledge and science the driving force for the development of this northern mountainous province.
