In response to the complicated developments of the real estate market in recent times, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province Le Hai Hoa has just signed and issued Document No. 3294/UBND-KT, directing the synchronous implementation of solutions to stabilize the housing and real estate market in the area.
Accordingly, the province requires departments, branches and localities to strengthen the implementation of tasks and solutions assigned by the Government, the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee, with a more drastic and substantial spirit.
The focus is on perfecting the system of legal documents on land, investment, construction, credit, tax, real estate business; at the same time, promoting administrative procedure reform, shortening the process of approving investment policies, project appraisal, changing land use purposes, determining prices and calculating land use fees.
The Provincial People's Committee emphasized the need to strictly control the market, prevent the spread of rumors, "inflate prices", creating "virtual fever" causing instability.
The Chairman of Cao Bang province also assigned the Department of Construction to play a core role in publicly announcing projects and locations of land for social housing development; selecting transparent investors; completing the social housing development target in 2026 in 2025.
Along with that, the department must review and remove obstacles in projects that are slow to be implemented, rearrange the organization of the Steering Committee on housing policies and the real estate market in a streamlined and efficient manner.
At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to strictly manage land prices, complete a land database connected to population data, contribute to information transparency and improve management efficiency.
The Provincial Police and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will coordinate to handle organizations and individuals who report false information, causing "virtual fever" in cyberspace.
According to a survey, the central area of Cao Bang province only has 4 housing projects, and the room for development is still very large. However, in the locality, the demand for housing such as apartments or townhouse projects is showing many gloomy signs.
