Previously, on March 18, Mr. Nguyen Duy G - Security Guard of Kien An High School brought a stray dog to the corner of the school's parking lot.
According to Mr. G, this is the dog he bought from a dog seller for the purpose of feeding his family for work. Due to being stuck with the school shift in the afternoon, Mr. G left it at the student's parking lot. Mr. Gam did not ask for permission from the person on duty in the Board of Directors for this.
However, students later took pictures of the dog being tied up to post online because they thought the dog was being abused.
That same evening (March 18), upon receiving information about the above incident, the school promptly discussed with Mr. G and the dog owner came to receive it on the morning of March 19.
On the same day, March 19, the school's Board of Directors asked Mr. G to report and send it to the Board of Directors and Ngoc Son Ward Police. In the report, Mr. G admitted his mistake and asked to take responsibility before the school and Ngoc Son Ward Police.
Regarding the incident, there is information on social networks that "the school is considering handling and disciplining students after posting photos of school security guards abusing animals". The school worked with Ms. Vu Thi Thu Huong - Secretary of the School Youth Union, at the meeting at 7:15 p.m. on March 20.
Ms. Huong's report, at 6:44 p.m. on March 19, Ms. Huong proactively texted the Zalo group of class leaders and class secretaries (without going through the Board of Directors) with the desire to remind students about using social networks.
However, in his unclear statements, it led to students being misunderstood and suspended from school and disciplined for those involved in posting photos of school security for animal abuse.
Through the above incident, Ms. Huong realized her mistake and seriously asked to learn from experience, when texting students, they should consider carefully, avoiding unnecessary misunderstandings.
In addition, about Ms. Huong texting a private exchange with a personal Facebook account. According to Ms. Huong's report, after texting the group of class leaders, the secretary sent a strange nick to insult and threaten Ms. Huong.
At that time, due to not being able to control her emotions, Ms. Huong texted a strange nick and had vulgar words. Ms. Huong's messages were taken and posted on social networks.
Ms. Huong realized that she lacked restraint, so she became agitated and used inappropriate words to affect herself and her school.
Currently, due to the attack of accounts on social networks; Ms. Huong reported the incident to the police, Hai Phong City Youth Union, Kien An District Youth Union and the Inspectorate of Hai Phong Department of Education and Training.
The report of Kien An High School stated that through this incident, Ms. Huong would like to learn from experience, withdraw from the Executive Committee of the School Youth Union and resign from the position of Secretary of the School Youth Union.
In response to the above incident, Kien An High School held a meeting and agreed on a solution for Mr. Nguyen Duy G to seriously review the mistake and thoroughly correct it in the coming time, not arbitrarily bringing animals or any items other than regulations into the school. Mr. Nguyen Duy G apologized publicly to all students about the incident that affected the school. At the same time, the school terminated the contract with Mr. Nguyen Duy G from March 22, 2025.
At the meeting, the consensus was requested that Ms. Huong temporarily stop directing the school union as Secretary from now on. All work of the School Youth Union is assigned to the Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union for responsibility and management. Temporarily suspend Ms. Huong from educational activities at the school for 14 days, starting from March 22, 2025, to stabilize her psychology.
