On the afternoon of October 4, a leader of Kim Hoa Commune People's Committee informed a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper that Kim Hoa Commune People's Committee had removed Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten.
The reason for the dismissal was that Ms. Thuy did not fulfill her duties and tasks properly, affecting the rights of many teachers.
Previously, from July 1, 2025, Kim Hoa Commune People's Committee received, handed over documents, records and implemented the contents according to Decision No. 1598 on transferring educational service units under the district-level People's Committee to the new commune-level People's Committee.
On July 4, Kim Hoa Commune People's Committee issued an official dispatch guiding the revocation and registration of new seals for schools according to the 2-level local government model.
While 7/8 schools in the area have implemented the instructions, Son Ham Kindergarten is slow to coordinate the implementation.
The People's Committee of the commune has issued many invitations and notices to carry out the task, but the Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten has been absent for no reason at many important meetings.
Despite being asked many times, Ms. Thuy did not register her signature and open an account at the State Treasury to pay salaries and allowances to staff, teachers and employees.
Meanwhile, 7/8 schools in Kim Hoa commune have completed the registration of signatures, budget estimate accounts and paid salaries for July, August and September to staff, teachers and employees according to regulations.
Son Ham Kindergarten alone is slow to implement, causing 15 staff and teachers to be late in paying their salaries for many consecutive months.
The leader of Kim Hoa commune affirmed that the failure to coordinate, not comply with the direction and management of the Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten has seriously affected the legitimate rights of the school's staff, teachers and employees, as well as the political and ideological situation in the locality.
Therefore, the removal of Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Party Cell Secretary and Principal position is necessary to ensure discipline and stabilize educational activities in the area.
Previously, the Party Committee of Kim Hoa commune had decided to discipline and remove Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Secretary of the Son Ham Kindergarten Party Cell.
