According to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training in Official Dispatch No. 792/BGDDT-NGCBQLGD dated February 25, 2014, primary school English teachers must achieve English proficiency level 4/6 according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam.
The organization of self-assessment, assessment of teachers' English proficiency and training and study to improve professional and technical qualifications are carried out according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training in Official Dispatch No. 3330/BGDDT-NGCBQLGD dated July 7, 2016 and according to the requirements of the Department of Education and Training.
Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Training recommends that Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh contact the Department of Education and Training directly to grasp the local requirements and regulations for primary school English teachers.
