Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province said that the purpose of the recruitment is to supplement the number of teachers still lacking in public schools in the province.
The target of recruiting teachers and civil servants in 2025 is allocated to schools as follows: For the kindergarten sector, the total number of schools recruiting is 314 schools.Of which, the assigned target is 10,955 people and the number of civil servants present as of November 30, 2025 is 10,098 (857 targets unused).
For the Primary School sector, the total number of schools recruiting is 319, the assigned number of civil servants is 10,979, the unused number is 980 people. In the secondary school sector, there are 205 schools recruiting, the assigned quota is 6,270 and the unused quota is 492.
For the block, high school and centers under the Department of Education and Training, there are 54 units recruiting, the assigned quota is 2,843 people, the unused quota is 135 people.
Based on the number of civil servants assigned in 2025 and job needs and job positions, the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province has developed a plan to recruit 1,717 more teachers. Of which, the Preschool block has 641 people; the Primary block has 646 people; the Secondary School block has 352 people and the High School block has 78 targets.
"The organization of recruitment ensures the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, ensuring competitiveness, quality and compliance with regulations" - Mr. Tuan emphasized.
