The Central Region Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductor Technology Network is chaired by the University of Technology - University of Da Nang.
The Biotechnology Network in Agriculture is chaired by Can Tho University.
The Biotechnology Network in Agriculture in the Central region is chaired by Hue University.
The renewable energy and Hydrogen energy networks are hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education.
The educational technology network is chaired by Ho Chi Minh City Open University.
Deputy Minister of Education and Training (MOET) Nguyen Van Phuc emphasized that universities must simultaneously carry out two strategic tasks, both training high-quality human resources at international standards and organizing scientific research, technology development and innovation to take the lead and master the most advanced technologies.
Require schools to link training and research activities with the needs of businesses and the economy, so that each research task is not only on paper but can be applied to production and business practices.
The Deputy Minister suggested that higher education institutions and network members should continue to organize propaganda and widely disseminate the contents of the project, and proactively propose to competent authorities investment projects to develop facilities and improve the quality of training and scientific research on a number of priority technology areas of Industry 4.0.
"Universities selected to participate in the network should promote the spirit of autonomy and pioneering innovation; each teacher and scientist in the network should constantly strive to rise up, improve their professional qualifications, actively connect domestic and international cooperation to bring their central network to regional and international level," said Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Phuc.
