Accordingly, Dak Lak province has more than 1,300 educational institutions, with more than 700,000 students at all levels. The whole province has more than 38,000 managers, lecturers, and teachers. At the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, the whole Dak Lak province lacked nearly 700 teachers and school staff.
Therefore, the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training has reviewed and completed standards and regulations, ensuring the quantity, quality, and structure of the teaching staff. At the same time, arrange a sufficient number of teachers and staff according to prescribed standards.
