However, because the policy of supporting compensation and site clearance costs of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has exceeded the validity period, up to now, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has not had a basis to approve the project Feasibility Study Report.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to advise on the draft Resolution to submit to the Provincial People's Council on specific support policies for training institutions, including the Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Bac Ninh Provincial Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board is the investor of the compensation, site clearance, resettlement and technical infrastructure investment project of the Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment in Bac Ninh and must be completed in 2025 to hand over to the school to implement the project as soon as possible.
