The exam questions will include questions suitable for the required outcomes of the subject and the objectives of the secondary school level under the 2018 General Education Program, mainly within the 9th grade secondary school program.
This year, Hanoi no longer divides the enrollment area. Each student is allowed to register for a maximum of 3 aspirations (NV1, NV2, NV3) at any non-specialized public high school.
In addition, the Department of Education and Training also adjusted the score difference (reducing 0.5 points and 1 point) when considering admissions between aspirations, helping to increase the chances of admission for students.
In addition, the Department added the exam format for History and Geography (to specialized classes) which is essay combined with objective multiple-choice, instead of essay like last year.
