The Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh has just coordinated with the Ha Tinh Provincial Police to inspect 39 units providing study abroad consulting services in Ha Tinh province.
Through inspection, the Interdisciplinary Team discovered many enterprises, organizations, and offices that did not have licenses or had licenses but did not conduct consulting service business activities at the locations that had been granted certificates, did not make periodic reports; were granted certificates but had stopped operating or were not yet operating.
As a result, the interdisciplinary team suspended the study abroad consulting services of 20 units that did not ensure the conditions for operating study abroad consulting services according to regulations.
Revoke the business certificates of study abroad consulting services for 2 units that have stopped operating or are not qualified to operate, namely VIJP Ha Tinh Human Resources Company Limited and Bach Khoa Language Academy Joint Stock Company - Ha Tinh Branch.
The delegation also transferred the Department of Education and Training Inspectorate to impose administrative sanctions on two units operating in the study abroad consulting business without being granted a certificate by the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training as prescribed, namely HP Group International Study Abroad Company Limited and HIKARI International Cooperation One Member Company Limited.
