On November 8, the National Economics University organized the 2025 World Conference and the Deployment thematic forum to integrate content on data analysis and artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship into the training program, contributing to improving the quality of training.
Speaking at the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong - Director of the National Economics University - emphasized: "The success of the National Economics University over the past time, in addition to the efforts of the school's pedagogical community, also has the support and trust of hundreds of domestic and foreign partners.
Among them, many large agencies, enterprises and corporations were established and operated by generations of alumni and trainees of the National Economics University. They have brought knowledge, courage and entrepreneurial spirit from the National Economics University to enrich themselves, the community and the country".

Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong said that the conference is an opportunity to look back at the cooperative relationship between schools and businesses in the new context, thereby further strengthening the roles of both sides in the innovation ecosystem.
The Director of the National Economics University added that the event is not only a place to connect but also a forum for the parties to discuss and discuss many issues, opening up many opportunities, but also posing many challenges for both businesses and higher education institutions. These include: Developing high-quality human resources in the digital age and artificial intelligence (AI); innovation cooperation between universities and businesses; promoting green growth and sustainable development; the "three-house" model of the state - school - business; culture of cooperation and knowledge trust.

At the conference, from the perspective of businesses, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hieu - General Director of FiinGroup Joint Stock Company - said that in the context of increasingly extensive digital transformation and AI application, there are still many dismensities between training and actual needs of the labor market.
He said that many students currently lack skills and practical experience. Some students use AI but do not really understand how this technology works. There are students who expect to be trained by businesses when they start a business, while businesses want employees to be able to work from the beginning.
"The above shortcomings cause many consequences such as businesses will have to spend several months training, making it difficult for students to compete in regional and international markets. In particular, Vietnam's AI-Data opportunities are narrowing, human potential is not being exploited, the pace of innovation and digital transformation is slow" - Mr. Hieu commented.

From there, General Director of FiinGroup Corporation Nguyen Huu Hieu proposed three key groups of solutions including: practical training such as learning associated with real work; Connecting schools with businesses so that students can both study, work and demonstrate their abilities while still in school; nurturing creativity and AI thinking.
