Ministry of Education and Training talks about subjects entitled to 40% preferential allowance
Many teachers are interested and question the professional preferential allowance, especially the benefit level of 40% or 25% in the context of pedagogical faculties being merged and reorganized according to a multi-disciplinary model.
The Ministry of Education and Training said that according to current regulations, the 40% preferential allowance level applies to teachers directly teaching at pedagogical schools, pedagogical faculties and some other specialized subjects. However, because the training organization model in many higher education institutions has changed, current regulations have not clarified the application of allowances to lecturers teaching pedagogical modules in merged faculties, leading to inconsistent understanding and implementation.
