Candidates in Hanoi need to pay attention to the 10th grade exam application form
The deadline for junior high schools and education centers to hand over the "notice of the 10th grade high school year 2025-2026" to students is on May 24. Candidates need to carefully check the information on the voucher (full name, date of birth, aspiration, location, exam time ...) and immediately notify the homeroom teacher if detecting errors for timely support, avoiding affecting the exam benefits.
This year's public high school 10th grade entrance exam in Hanoi will take place from June 6 to 9. In which, June 6 is the exam registration day, June 7-8 is the general exam and June 9 is the specialized exam. Candidates taking the exam in 3 compulsory subjects: Math, Literature and Foreign Language (can choose English, French, Japanese, German or Korean), do not double the scores of the subjects.
This year, nearly 104,000 candidates registered to enter grade 10, with the quota for entering public high schools reaching about 64%, an increase of 3% compared to the previous year. On the morning of May 24, thousands of candidates and parents were present at the High School for the Gifted in Social Sciences and Humanities (KHXH&NV) to attend the 10th grade entrance exam. Heavy rain in Hanoi makes it difficult to move, but parents still accompany, support and encourage their children. Many families living far away such as Soc Son and Long Bien proactively went early to meet the exam time.
Parents share the pressure of students when taking the exam according to the new general education program with the exam changes in structure, making reviewing more difficult.
