Slow work handling after merger, a principal dismissed
The People's Committee of Kim Hoa commune (Ha Tinh) has removed Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy from the position of Principal of Son Ham Kindergarten for failing to properly perform her duties and tasks, affecting the rights of many teachers after the merger. Ms. Thuy did not coordinate in implementing the management transfer contents according to regulations, attended many important meetings and did not register to sign as well as open an account at the State Treasury to pay salaries to cadres, teachers and employees.

While 7/8 schools in the area have completed the registration, opening accounts and paying salaries for July, August and September on time, Son Ham Kindergarten was late, causing 15 staff and teachers to not receive salaries for many months. This seriously affects the collective rights and political and ideological situation in the locality.

The Ministry of Education plans to remove the division of university lecturer rankings, no longer has the title of teaching assistant
The Ministry of Education and Training announced a new draft circular regulating the professional standards of lecturers at higher education institutions, replacing a number of provisions of Circular 40/2020. The draft removes the title of teaching assistant and simplifies the classification of lecturers into three levels: lecturer, main lecturer and senior lecturer, to ensure compliance with the Law on Teachers and the amended Law on Civil Servants.
The standards on professional competence are more clearly defined, especially for university lecturers who must meet the requirements for performing scientific tasks, compiling certified training books, publishing international scientific articles, and the ability to apply information technology and foreign languages. Lecturers must also have a minimum working time corresponding to their qualifications to be considered for promotion to higher positions.
The draft also adds the responsibility of heads of higher education institutions in assigning and assigning tasks to lecturers, assessing work, developing training plans, fostering and developing lecturers. This is to improve the quality of management and develop lecturer personnel in accordance with professional standards. See more...
