Education innovation meets the needs of lifelong learning
The digital transformation process has created a major turning point for Vietnamese education, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic. From situational solutions, technology and online teaching have gradually become an indispensable part of schools, helping to innovate teaching methods, expand learning materials and form lifelong learning capacity for learners.
Many teachers from urban areas to difficult areas have proactively applied technology, artificial intelligence and creative models to teaching, bringing more excitement and learning efficiency to students. However, mastering technology requires great efforts from the teaching staff, along with correct awareness to avoid dependence and ensure the central role of people in education.
Faced with that trend, the education sector is gradually perfecting institutions, deploying AI education and promoting STEM education in general schools. The goal is to equip students with digital competence, creative thinking, and the ability to apply knowledge to practice, while enhancing the position and pioneering role of the teaching staff in the sustainable education innovation. At 5 am, teacher Pham Duc Thinh - English teacher at Chieng On Primary and Secondary School (Son La province) got up to set up the stove, warm the pot of water for students to wash their faces before class. The official residence where the teacher stayed was just a wooden room, open walls, thin blankets, he just smiled gently: "How cold are you guys, we are twice as cold. Just need the class to have students and we will feel warm".

At the end of the year, the temperature in Chieng On dropped below 6-7°C for many days, with thick fog, and visibility not exceeding a few meters. However, every week teacher Thinh still travels dozens of kilometers to remote school locations to teach combined classes. See more...
