On June 2nd, more than 151,000 candidates in Ho Chi Minh City completed the Math exam in the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2026-2027 school year.
Leaving the exam site of Nguyen Du Secondary School (Ben Thanh ward), many candidates commented that the Math exam was moderately difficult, the structure was familiar and there were not many tricky questions.

Le Ba Khanh Duy, a student at Nguyen Du Secondary School, said that the exam questions did not have many tricky questions. According to the male student, most of the knowledge is in the curriculum and the types of questions have been reviewed by the teacher before.
I think this year's exam is quite easy, easier than last year. The first questions I did quite smoothly, only the practical problem in question 6 was the most difficult part," Duy said.
