According to Decision 1324/QD-UBND dated April 29, 2025 on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in Hai Phong City, Mr. Le Anh Quan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, is the Head of the Committee.
The Standing Deputy Head of the Committee is Mr. Bui Van Kiem, Director of the Department of Education and Training; 18 Deputy Heads of the Committee are leaders of departments, branches, and city units; 34 members are leaders of district and county units, department-level leaders of departments, branches, and 6 secretaries.
The City Examination Steering Committee is responsible for comprehensive directing all activities to prepare and organize the exam in accordance with the regulations of the examination regulations. The Board is responsible for directing and inspecting departments, branches, unions and educational institutions in the area in coordinating and supporting to ensure all the necessary conditions for the operation of the Examination Council. Review and resolve the recommendations of the examination of the Examination Council; Direct the relevant units to coordinate with the police force to implement solutions and technical equipment to prevent fraud in the exam if necessary.
The City Examination Steering Committee reports to the National Steering Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee on the situation of organizing the exam, the implementation of the exam regulations and proposing plans to handle arising situations. At the same time, the Board has the right to propose commendation for individuals who have achievements or discipline if there is a violation of the exam regulations. The Head of the Board decides and is fully responsible for the results of the implementation of the City Examination Steering Committee. Deputy Heads, Commissioners and Secretary are responsible for the assigned or authorized tasks.
The City Examination Steering Committee dissolves after completing the task. Chairman of People's Committees of districts, cities directly under the province are responsible for establishing a district -level examination Steering Committee and promulgating documents to direct relevant agencies and units in the area to coordinate closely, create favorable conditions for the Department of Education and Training
