According to the Resolution of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council on regulations on scholarship policies and support to encourage learning for students of specialized high schools in the province, from August 1, 2025, the policy will apply to students of Le Hong Phong, Luong Van Ty and Bien Hoa high schools; students majoring in schools belonging to the three schools mentioned above; other relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.
Scholarship policy to encourage learning for students selected to participate in the provincial national team to participate in national, regional and international competitions for excellent student research, and who are eligible for consideration for a scholarship to encourage learning according to regulations, the scholarship level is 1,300,000 VND/student/month.
For students participating in provincial-level competitions for excellent student selection, scientific research, winning prizes of three or more, and meeting the conditions for consideration for scholarships to encourage learning according to regulations, the scholarship level is 1,100,000 VND/student/month.
For students (remaining) eligible for consideration for scholarships to encourage learning according to regulations, the scholarship level is 900,000 VND/student/month.
Each student is only entitled to one highest scholarship and the scholarship is divided into two periods, 4-month level I and 5-month level II.
Regarding living allowances, students with permanent residence in wards and communes in Ninh Binh province: Tay Hoa Lu, Dong Hoa Lu, Nam Hoa Lu, Y Yen, Dong A, Thien Truong, Vi Khe, My Loc, Thanh Nam, Truong Thi, Nam Ly, Hong Quang, Ha Nam, Phu Van, Chau Son, Liem Ha and Liem Tuyen are supported with VND 1,600,000/student/month.
The remaining students in Ninh Binh province (except for the above-mentioned wards and communes and the wards: Hoa Lu, Nam Dinh, Phu Ly) will be supported with a living allowance of VND 2,400,000/student/month. The maximum support period is 9 months/school year.
Support to encourage learning for excellent students nationwide, in addition to the above scholarship, students participating in national excellent student exams will also be supported with an additional 820,000 VND/student/month, the support period is not more than 4 months in a school year.
