On December 3, Quang Ninh Commune Police (Quang Tri Province) said that they had coordinated with parents and schools to organize a group of students who violated school regulations and classes to participate in public service at the commune's martyrs' cemetery.
The students were assigned to clean up, collect garbage, cut grass, and renovate the martyrs' cemetery grounds. Quang Ninh Commune Police informed that this is an initial form of handling to correct, educate and prevent recidivism for school-age children; at the same time, help them understand the value of labor, foster gratitude for the heroic martyrs.
According to Quang Ninh Commune Police, in the coming time, the authorities will continue to closely coordinate with families and schools to promptly detect and handle violations among adolescents.
The locality will also increase propaganda and apply deterrent measures to ensure security and order.
